How about getting trained by a government contractor to \u201cforge signatures and falsify data\u201d?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nationalreview.com\/article\/358501\/fraud-obamaphone-inc-jillian-kay-melchior \" target=\"_blank\">National Review<\/a> is reporting that a former employee at TerraCom, Inc., a cell phone provider under the federal government\u2019s Lifeline program, was encouraged to use the tactics to help boost the company&#8217;s revenues from $32.6 million in 2011 to $52.3 million in 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Though a drop in the bucket for a line-item that costs $2.189 billion, the revelation serves as a reminder for <a href=\"http:\/\/cfif.org\/v\/freedom_line_blog\/16147\/obamaphone-provider-also-a-major-campaign-donor\/ \" target=\"_blank\">how bad<\/a> the so-called \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=tpAOwJvTOio \" target=\"_blank\">Obama Phone<\/a>\u201d program has been <a href=\"http:\/\/cfif.org\/v\/freedom_line_blog\/15985\/%E2%80%98obamaphone%E2%80%99-program-grew-almost-1-billion-since-2008\/ \" target=\"_blank\">administered<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>So does this: \u201cLifeline\u2019s costs have increased by 166 percent in the past five years,\u201d according to NR.<\/p>\n<p>Hmm\u2026 that means the program, around since the 1980\u2019s, dramatically spiked in 2009 and hasn\u2019t stopped since.
