Late last year when Healthcare.gov was glitching its way into infamy, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/blogs\/post-politics\/wp\/2013\/11\/22\/obamacare-2015-open-enrollment-set-to-be-delayed-one-month\/\" target=\"_blank\">news leaked<\/a> that the enrollment period for 2015 would be pushed back a month \u2013 from October 15 to November 15.
