As the United States Senate Finance Committee convenes today for a meeting entitled "The Rising Cost of Health Care:  Considering Meaningful Solutions for All Americans," the enduring adage of medical care applies:  Do no harm.

Hillary Clinton is sweeping the Democratic primaries across the South by capturing nearly all the black votes — a staggering 86 percent in South Carolina. She's doing it with poisonous lies designed to stoke racial resentment.
