President Donald Trump recently announced that he's postponing strikes on Iranian energy infrastructure for five days to negotiate a ceasefire. "I think it could very well end up being a very good deal for everybody," he told journalists. It's unclear who exactly the White House is bargaining with or whether those officials will have the power to implement an agreement.
