As the United States Senate Finance Committee convenes today for a meeting entitled "The Rising Cost of Health Care:  Considering Meaningful Solutions for All Americans," the enduring adage of medical care applies:  Do no harm.

Recently, The Washington Post published a news article, "Biden's critics hurl increasingly vulgar taunts," exploring what the paper says is a growing phenomenon of people around the country directing raw insults at the president.
