Image of the Day: The Record Biden Earnings Bust

We recently referenced how Joe Biden seeks a 2024 job extension from American voters even while he has presided over a record 24 consecutive months of earnings declines (wages minus inflation), and our friend Stephen Moore offers an instructive illustration of the point:

WASHINGTON, D.C. – This week, President Biden announced his intention to nominate three commissioners to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), including the renomination of Brendan Carr to serve another term on the FCC.

In response, Center for Individual Freedom (CFIF) President Jeffrey Mazzella released the following statement:

“The Center for Individual Freedom congratulates Commissioner Brendan Carr for his well-deserved renomination to serve on the FCC. Commissioner Carr’s tenure on the FCC has been a model for what Washington needs most: someone who knows how and consistently works hard to implement a light-touch regulatory approach, while working across the aisle in a bipartisan manner.

“Commissioner Carr has been a crucial leader at the FCC—from protecting America’s networks to closing the digital divide.  He has a proven track record of working with his Democrat colleagues on policies that benefit consumers.

“CFIF strongly believes Commissioner Carr is the right choice to continue the important work of the FCC.”

If reappointed, this would be Commissioner Carr’s second term at the FCC, having been nominated by President Trump for his first term in 2017 and serving as the Commission’s general counsel before that.

CFIF is a constitutional and free market advocacy organization with over 300,000 supporters and activists nationwide.
